On Sunday, the regular registration for the spectator races, that take place in connection with the World Cup Idre Fjäll, closed. It was a big interest with Sunday having the most registered with a total of 991 people who will be out in the beautiful terrain. We also have a late registration that extends until Sunday so good chances of getting up well over 1000 starts this day.
The terrain that awaits is for the initial middle distance an exciting area that offers slope orienteering with "fine orienteering". For the shorter and easier courses there is a large system of paths. Accessibility is good to very good. The hilliness is moderate.
Saturday's shortened long distance is carried out in perhaps the finest area at Idre Fjäll. Visibility and runnability are very good but there are still challenges in terms of orienteering. The hilliness is moderate.
Finally, there is a middle distance on the program which offers a lot of challenges and especially for the longer courses. The participants are faced with a very detailed slope with relatively difficult orienteering. For the shorter courses there is a system of paths and streams. The accessibility is generally good and the hilliness is moderate to strong (the longer courses).
